Vote for Suhas!

Dear Friends,

First, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to my colleague Senator Suhas Subramanyam on his impressive victory in the Democratic primary for Virginia’s 10th Congressional District. Suhas ran a strong campaign, and I look forward to supporting him in the general election.

To all of our incredible supporters: thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your unwavering dedication to our campaign has been truly inspiring. To everyone who contributed financially, hosted events, knocked on doors, made calls, sent texts, stood out in the hot sun for hours on election day, and to all those who cast their vote for our campaign – I am forever grateful. Your commitment to our shared values is what keeps our democracy strong.

I know that some of you even came to our election night watch party with sunburns, a testament to your tireless efforts. Your passion and perseverance are admirable, and I am honored to have had you by my side throughout this journey.

One of my heroes, Mr. Rogers, once said, “There are three ways to ultimate success: The first way is to be kind. The second way is to be kind. The third way is to be kind.” I am proud of our supporters and our campaign because we embodied this spirit of kindness. We never went low, and we never did anything we couldn’t be proud of the next day. In fact, the best part of this effort has been seeing so many like-minded, kind-hearted, and hard-working people come together to demonstrate that politics can be better.

As we move forward, it is crucial that we continue to fight for the issues that matter most to our community and our nation. The road ahead may be challenging, but I have no doubt that together, we can make a difference.

In the coming months, Suhas will need our support as he takes on his Republican opponent in what could be a closer race than we’ve seen in recent years. Senator Tim Kaine, who has been a champion for Virginia, will also need our help to secure re-election. And of course, we must do everything in our power to ensure that President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have the support they need to continue leading our country forward.

So, my friends, take a moment to recharge and heal those sunburns. Then, let’s get back out there and continue the fight for a better future. If I have any advice for all of you, it is this: wear sunscreen and support Suhas!  Together, we can win in November and beyond.

With gratitude, resolve and as always –
my kindest regards,

Jennifer Boysko
